We currently collect and process the following information:

• Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact details) WHEN USING THE CONTACT FORM only. We do not collect any other information, forgoing that collected independently by the ISP and website host provider (currently www.godaddy.com)

The personal information you provide to us is solely used for directly responding to queries and complaints. It is not shared to any third parties, but with permission will be passed to the relevant publishers or studios for actioning.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

How we store your personal information 

Your information is securely stored on a dedicated server provided by the website host.

We keep email addresses for two years. We will then dispose your information by deleting the details from the server.

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
